Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu graced and addressed the valedictory session of the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) Convention in Bhubaneswar, where she presented the prestigious Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Awards to honor outstanding members of the Indian diaspora.
