Bhubaneswar- President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Bhubaneswar this afternoon on a special Air Force flight for her five-day visit to Odisha. She was welcomed at Biju Pattnaik International Airport by Odisha Governor Raghubar Das, Chief Minister Mohan Majhi, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Mayor Sulochana Das, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, and other officials.
After her arrival, the President went directly to Chandrasekhapur to unveil the statue of Pandit Raghunath Murmu. She will spend the night at the Raj Bhavan.
On Wednesday, President Murmu will travel to Puri at 9 a.m. to visit the Srimandir and attend the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of Gopabandhu Ayurveda College as the Chief Guest.
